A Diamond Half Hoop Half Eternity Ring

We have this lovely ring made for us with four different sizes of diamonds. The setting technique is unusual in that it has diamond set flying buttress hoops that pass between the principle brilliant cut diamonds securing them beautifully in a very smooth and comfortable way. 

This ring has four principle brilliant cut diamonds with a total weight of 1.69 carat. There are thirty brilliant cut diamonds in the flying buttress hoops which weigh 0.17 carat, all diamonds are F/G colour VS clarity, the ring is all platinum. 

This half hoop ring makes a bold stand alone statement but maintains the wonderful practicality of this style of setting.
