An Emerald & Diamond half hoop ring with Diamond surround.

 We occasionally make two rings side by side, and this lovely emerald and diamond ring is indeed one of a pair of twin all platinum siblings we have made. 

This striking ring has five specially cut step cut emeralds of 0.85 carat set with a surround of 40 brilliant cut diamonds of 0.23 carat all E colour (exceptional white) VS clarity. 

Its non identical twin is an equally striking and dramatic all diamond ring with five specially cut carree cut diamonds of 1.11 carat total weight, all E colour ( exceptional white ) VS clarity, also set within a surround of 40 brilliant cut diamonds, 0.23 carat, all E colour (exceptional white ) VS clarity. 

The all diamond ring is £ 8,995.00. 

Both siblings are absolutely beautiful, and it would be very difficult to choose between them. 

On a very practical point, emerald is harder than steel, but does have a brittle nature, so if you envisage exposing your ring to quite a vigorous life, the ultimate hardness and resilience of the all diamond twin might be the best choice.
