A Ruby & DIamond Half Hoop Ring
This beautiful ring has an unusual setting technique in that it has diamond set flying buttress hoops that pass between the rubies securing them wonderfully in a very smooth and comfortable way.
The ring is compact, and carefully conforms to the curvature of the finger, it is not too broad, so it sits beautifully between the fingers.
The four matching Burma rubies have a total weight of 1.96 carats. The brilliant cut diamonds set in the flying buttress hoops weigh 0.12 carat in total, and are all F/G colour ( Fine white/white) VS clarity. The ring is all platinum.
A very wearable and practical ring, ideal to mark a ruby wedding anniversary.
